Tucked away in the hills of Goffstown, NH one will discover Natures' Sweet Secret Sugar House. The Caron Family's passion for producing maple syrup began when they lived in Quebec, Canada. In 2007, Denis, Eddy & Danny re-connected with their passion of sugaring and quickly transformed the Tirrell Hill Barn into what is today known as Natures' Sweet Secret Maple Sugar House.
With approximately 1000 seasonal sanitary taps and the understanding that quality begins in the sugar bush and ends in the sugar house, lines and taps were installed to keep sap cool in the sugar bush and tanks. Upon exiting the tank the sap flows into the wood-fired cross flow evaporator for processing.
